The total raised was £838.17 – thank you to all how donated, supported and attended the event.

An additional huge thank you is also extended to Ali Holman and Brian Taylor who very generously donated £500 in addition to the funds raised to the Friends of Kenninghall Primary School from John Dyer’s Charity.

The Valentines Bake sale was held on the last Friday of half term and was very well received. We receive a huge amount of donations; thank you, and raised just over £140

  1. Future Events

GW advised that as much as Snettertomn race track wanted to help us, due to their commitments and training ties we could only use the track off peak meaning the likelihood being that it would not be suitable conditions for children to bike in.

We will be looking to hold a Back to School Bingo in September and a colour run or similar themed event in the spring/summer term.

ACTION POINT – RW to check that September bingo does not clash with other village dates.

ACTION POINT – CH to do risk assessment on colour run

  1. AOB

GW raised that the school had requested monies of there were funds available to cover the cost of a science team coming to the school to do a full science day for all pupils.

Approximate cost would be £500 - £600.

CS and GW to confirm if we can obtain sponsorship for this and put to a vote for the committee members to vote on.

Next meeting to be held TBC
